The Town of St. James Planning Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Earl Dye Council Chamber at Town Hall, 4140 Southport-Supply Rd., St. James, North Carolina.

The purpose of the meeting is the initiation of the review and updating of the
town's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The public is invited. A copy
