The Town of St. James Planning Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Earl Dye Council Chamber at Town Hall, 4140 Southport-Supply Rd., St. James, North Carolina.

Monthly meetings will be held starting in August, for approximately six months, to work on updating the Town's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).
