The Town of St. James Citizen Recognition Program recognizes individuals, groups, organizations, and businesses who make significant contributions to the community.  All Town recognition is limited to individuals and groups that work or reside within Town limits and/or completed their achievements while being a Town resident. All nominees must be in good standing in the community. The Town of St. James reserves the right to modify or deny any request.
