The Special Meeting will be held in the Council Chamber of Town Hall, 4140 Southport-Supply Road, St. James, North Carolina. The Special Meeting will involve the motion to appoint Marc Fields as a Regular Member and Robert Arthur as a Second Alternate Member to the St. James Planning Board for terms expiring on July 16, 2029.
